The 3D1 Approach
Our proven framework makes the process of evangelism accessible and understandable for the average church member who might never have initiated this process before. This is done through a 3 step process that we call the 3D1 approach. Church members are encouraged to identify their "one" - a neighbor, friend, or family member - that they commit to intentionally pursue through the 3D1 approach outlined below.
Develop Friendships
The process starts with building a solid relational foundation with your "one", pursuing genuine friendship with them.
Discover Stories
As those relationships deepen, church members will learn how to ask questions in an intentional way that helps them better understand the beliefs and experiences of their "one."
Discern Next Steps
After these initial steps will come a time of leaning into prayer for their "one" as individuals seek to understand the next steps the Lord is asking them to take in initiating evangelistic conversations with these friends.
To oversee the prioritization and implementation of the evangelism strategic plan & measure results.
